Last Night.
Back at BU track last night. I completed 5 miles. The first two miles I ran every other lap. That is quite a feat for me. Which means I jogged a mile just not in a row. By the end of the year I am hoping to be able to jog an entire mile.

During my 5 miles I saw many interesting things. Like a couple climbing up on top of one of the roofs at school it was interesting to see them find a way to get up there. Also some of my pet peeves were going on... these are probably unreasonable butit really bugs me when people try to jog/walk while talking annoyingly loud on their cell phones. It is only when on the cell phone, I dont really care if there is a group just chatting a bit while working out together or what not. Also when people stop to stretch in the middle of the track. HELLO others are still using the track please walk around to the other side of the fence where there is plenty of room to do the same thing!

So in closing... I went in 5 miles worth of circles. Oh yea, I also did 100 situps.

Today.
I did a mile and a half around the track today.

I plan on doing more in a bit, and some situps, even though my tummy is sore!

back on track

Tonight Paul and I were back out on the track. I did 2.5 miles, since Paul had been walking and on his feet all day he opted to do some weights and crunches along with 1.25 miles. We will be back on the track for the next 2 days together. Then on Saturday we will be on our own, and then the two of us can go on Sunday. That is as far into the future as I can see. I start my new job on Monday and I have no idea what that week will bring.

terrible poster

Sorry for the lack of posts. I can't believe it has been almost a month since I last updated this. My bad! I promise to make an effort so that doesn't happen again. Since my last post I have hit a few goals such as being able to run a whole lap. Once even a lap and a half (yes that is a big deal). Up until last weekend I was doing very well with going to the track everyday. However I missed almost a week of walking. OY. Tomorrow I shall go!
