Had homemade breakfast everyday, packed lunch all but 2. one day I bought lunch and the other I had to skip lunch for a blood test.

Paul has been keeping the scale hostage in his car... have to wait till it is rescued to see how weight is doing.

Week 7: Feb. 12 - Feb. 18

Had homemade breakfast everyday. This was an off week as we went out for Valentines Day, and then I was in Vegas for 3 days. But by golly there was one heck of a lot of walking going on.
I low-balled my miles this week as I am sure that I did much more than this.

Had homemade breakfast everyday, packed lunch everyday, ate out way to much as we were out and about tons this week.

Weight down 1 pound.
