jogged as much as I could... it was over a mile.

Tuesday- Jan 19
3 miles @ BU track
jogged only 1 lap, been having some pain issues when i jog the past few days

short 2 miles @ BU track... not feeling so great

still not feeling good

3 miles @ BU track... jogged a single lap.

completed 4 miles @ BU track
walk 1 then jog 4, walk 2 jog 2, walk 2 jog 2, walk 3

Tuesday- Jan 12
completed 4 miles @ BU track
walked 1 jogged 2, walked 1 jogged 2, walked 10

Wednesday-Jan 13
completed 5 miles: 4 @ BU track. 1 around the block
jogged 4 laps, walked 16

Thursday-Jan 14
walked around the LA zoo ALL day!
we'll call it 2 miles.

Friday-Jan 15
day off

Saturday-Jan 16
completed 6 miles on the "Reuda Loop" in T-town
jogged every time my breathing returned to normal

Sunday-Jan 17
"Reuda Loop" 6 miles going the opposite way
jogged 1 mile, walked the rest

2010 begins...

Jan 4---4 miles jogging every other lap for 2 miles, then walking 2 miles

Jan 5---3 miles walking around Alhambra

Jan 6---5 miles jogging every other lap for 2 miles, then walking 3 miles

Jan 10---4 miles walk 1 lap, jog 3. walk 2 laps, jog 2. walk 2 laps, jog 2. walk 2, jog 1, walk 1.


I started this year at -25, I am almost back to zero... then only 700 miles to go. I am hoping to track most of my miles with my Nike+, I have entered "challenges" online as to having the most miles in a year, the fastest 5K and a few others. I really miss being able to use the fitness center and the Mr. and I are in talks about if we can afford to both get our alumni passes again.

Looking forward to 2010... Cheers to a new year, hopefully new beginnings and definitely new adventures!


Foster new friendships and nurture old ones

Lose a "certain" amount of weight ( I have a # in my head)

Cook a full meal once a day

Complete 700 miles as of December 31, 2010
(+ 25 miles left over from last year)

Eat better

Take at least 2 trips out of state

Be able to jog a mile by December '10

Not be afraid of failure
