I have been doing my minimum 2 miles during the week for the last two weeks, but I havent weight lifted in quite awhile. Today I changed and headed over to BU as soon as boys and girls club was over today. I weight lifted for a good half hour. Then it was on to the track and 4.5 miles. I met up with Jeri for the last half a mile, but it was getting late so I said see ya and headed home to shower and cook dinner. It was a good day but I have no wanting to do any grading or lesson planning right now... maybe I will just get up early tomorrow.
