milage and thoughts

Sat/Sun 2 miles

Mon 4 miles-- as of todays miles I have matched the numbers of miles I completed in total last year.

Tuesday: 3 miles, 500 meters rowing, 200 stairs up and 200 stairs down, 2 bike miles

Wednesday 5 miles

I have been trying to be consistant with jogging, a very slow jog which would probably be normal walking pace for Amy or Paul but for me it is jogging on every 2nd and 4th lap. For the past week I have done this anytime I was doing miles on my own. It sucks that I am completely winded after just .25 miles, I know that it is a process but I can remember a time when I could run a mile without stopping and in my mind I can still do that so when my physical body wont comply it frustrates me.
