Mon-Wed I completed about 2 mi a day running around.

i was runnin'
I was at the track Sun, Mon and Tues! Even in the rain I was out there runnin. The track was mighty lonely on Monday... I was the ONLY one poundin the pavement for most of the time. A couple people came out did one lap and left. It is raining again today so we will see if I get out there again today. I hurt my left thigh really badly I am not sure what I did but I ripped some sorta muscle. My thigh hurts when I bend my knee. Hopefully my leg gets over that because I dont plan on slowing down I am at 465 miles and the end of the year is approaching rapidly.

Over the past week I have walked around MANY places!
Monday-the track I believe I made TK do 5 miles with me
Tuesday-school
Wednesday-Hollywood Blvd
Thursday-City Walk
Friday- Disneyland
Saturday- The Getty
Monday (today)- Played in the Staff vs. Students volleyball game for 2 hours
The rest of this week I should be back to my regular routine at the track (fingers crossed).
Update: I am at 441 miles for the year I need a minimum of 59 more this year which breaks down to just over 2.5 miles a day. I know I can pull this off if I put my mind to it. I am becoming more sceptical about the bike miles though.
