Packed lunch everyday, ate out once at subway and once at panda express.

Forgot to weigh myself...

Good job! I had a hard time this week, so my activity decreased each day. I did 10 miles this week. You're in the lead! And you'll probably stay that way once I have surgery!

Thanks. 10 miles is still a good number. Hopefully you will have a wonderful and quick recovery so that you can get back to jogging those miles away. :)
