February Fitness Summary

Completed 72.25 miles in February

Total for the year so far 103.75

For only walking 1/2 of the month I would say that is a pretty good amount of miles. On the days I completed miles I consistently hit 5-6 miles. I really need to get more consistent on the number of days I am at the track though! Imagine how many miles I could have done had I showed up everyday at the track. That would be amazing to do 150 miles in a month.
