1 mile on treadmill @ 4mph
1 mile on elliptical
upper body weights
3 miles on bike

Friday March 12th
1 mile on treadmill @ 3.5 mph with incline of 3
1 mile elliptical
lower body weights
4 miles on bike

Saturday March 13th
45 min. swim (we'll call it 2 miles on land)

Sunday March 14th
1 mile on treadmill @ 4 mph
1 mile elliptical
upper body weights
4 miles on bike
2 min. rowing machine
