StepJam 60 minutes (lets call that a mile as well)

1 mile elliptical
5 min. rowing machine
2 miles bike

Thursday March 18th
3 miles @ lovely Creek Park
TurboKick 60 minutes (at least a mile!)
upper body weights
1 mile elliptical
2 miles bike

Friday March 19th
3 miles on treadmill @ 3.5 mph incline 5-7

Saturday March 20th
Absenta

Sunday March 21st
6 flights of stairs up and down
7 min. rowing machine
2 miles bike
1 mile elliptical
0.5 mile jog @ 12min/mile
1.5 mile walk
