soo... maybe wednesday?

Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday I worked out. Completed miles on track and bike plus weights.

Tuesday I jumped rope,did sit-ups, push-ups and lunges.

I am down another 1.4 pounds.

I know I have said it before but it has really made a difference this week to know that I will have someone to see, walk and/or talk to as I am at the track. Even if we are on opposite sides of the track there is still some sort of exercise solidarity there.

Ditto to that, my sistah! Okay, I know that sounded lame. But it's great seeing you out there.

My total for the year so far is 110.5 miles. I gained a little during our moving week (pizza in the morning, pizza in the evening), and have dropped about 1.5 pounds since getting back into the swing of things. Not a big deal, but I'm glad that even though I'm eating out every day, I've been able to maintain and even lose a little.
